Free software, West Point Bridge Designer

I have an colleague at my work place who was graduated from West Point.

He showed me the free software called "West Point Bridge Designer" developed by West Point.

This is a like game software and the challenge is how you design the bridge which is strong enough with the least expense (it is the same as real world engineering challenge.)
